What should I expect on the week of the event?

We will send you a txt and/or email 2-3 days before your event. YOU MUST BE PRESENT in order for us to setup. We will review important safety and operational procedures with you. If final payment has not been completed, it will be due prior to setup.
How much is the deposit?

The non-refundable deposit is $75 to reserve your date and is due at the time of booking. This amount is applied to the total amount of your booking. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the event prior to setup.
What areas do you travel to?

We travel to Lexington & Richland Counties and surrounding areas. If you are outside of these counties, reach out to us so we can see how far you are.
What methods of payment do you accept?

We except all major credit/ debit cards.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my reservation? What if the weather is bad?

The non-refundable deposit will ONLY be refunded if canceled due to weather conditions. If you reschedule, the deposit can be moved to a new date.
What age is a foam party good for?

Twisted Foam Party is great for all ages, from kids to teens to adults! If need we can adjust the amount of foam stacked at one time so the little once can enjoy.
Where can we have the foam party setup?

The foam works best on concrete, pavement, grass, or artificial grass.
Do machines come with an attendant?

It's your choice. At checkout you are able to choose whether you want an attendant to operate the foam machine or to operate the machine yourself. If so we will go over everything with you so you are fully prepared for your event.
Do we have to keep the foam machine on and plugged in the entire time?

Yes and No. There is a blower and a pump that both have to be turned on in order for foam to properly come out. The foam can stack as high as 6ft tall so we do recommend turning it off for a few minutes to enjoy the foam at your desired height. Then turning it back on. Once the party is complete both can be turned off.
What should we wear? And do guest get wet?

Your everyday clothes or swimwear is fine. Some like to wear swim googles or sunglasses which are fine too. Yes. We recommend having a towel near by to wipe off. Although your clothes should dry quickly.
What time will my foam machine be delivered?

We strive to deliver machines 30 minutes before the booking time.
How does clean up work?

The foam will usually go away after 30- 45 minutes or you can spray the foam away with water.
What do I need to provide?

We require access to a water hose connection and a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of our setup.
How long does the foam last after the machine is off?

After the foam machine is off, you can usual enjoy up to 30 additional minutes depending on how many people are in the foam.
How much space is required for the setup and proper use of the foam machine?

We will need at least a 25x25 area.
